The Diploma in Computer Engineering is designed to produce a medium for the new technician with the latest computer skills and information technology with the aim of addressing emerging technological changes. Many people in developed, developing countries, as well as those in developed countries, have been given the emphasis on the widespread use of computers. Computer Engineering has been providing worldwide development and creating jobs or jobs in the public and private sectors.
This curriculum is designed to promote the knowledge and skills required by computer engineering professionals and industry and information technology organizations in Nepal. The Diploma in Computer Engineering program lasts for more than three years. Each year is divided into two semesters. There are six semesters in total over a three-year period.
First-year courses include basic science subjects such as physics, chemistry, and mathematics working in the field of Computer Engineering. It includes language courses such as Nepali and English that are used to communicate in the fields of computer engineering and information technology. The second year of the course focuses on the basic disciplines of computer engineering. Similarly, third-year courses consist of disciplinary courses and the application of skills and knowledge learned through the provision of large and small projects and elective courses in specific areas of computer engineering.
The lesson structure and lesson-related content that follows show the details of this curriculum. In short, this curriculum directs its developer to produce highly competent and highly sophisticated technical resources in the field of computer engineering.
The content of each curriculum determined by the curriculum is included according to the requirements "known and required". The content of the curriculum is defined at a lower level.
Purpose:
The program aims to produce middle-class employees in the computer field with a good academic experience equipped with complete technical skills that can withstand real-world situations.

Upon completion of the program, graduates will be empowered to:

- Handle Web Technology & Programming, Management Information System, System Analysis and Design, Visual Programming, Multimedia Technology, Internet Technology, Data Mining, Computer Graphics, etc.
